General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions – hereinafter referred to as GTC – shall apply to the temporary and remunerated provision of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes as well as to all services and deliveries rendered in this context, including any advance services for the benefit of the accommodation guest.
Opening hours, service and special offers
The Hotel Restaurant Mattmarkblick is open from the beginning of June until mid-October and from mid-December until Easter Monday of the following year.
All rooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, safe and flat-screen satellite TV. Free parking for guest vehicles and cars.
For breakfast we offer a buffet with regional products, for dinner a 5-course menu with choice as well as a freshly prepared salad buffet.
Check-in, room check, check-out
Check-in is possible in the Mattmarkblick restaurant from 8 am to 9 pm.
The booked room can be occupied from 2 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel.
Check-out on the day of departure must take place by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the booked arrival date. After this deadline, the full amount must be paid.
Room rates
Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are per person per day including VAT.
Visitor’s tax with SaastalCard
Summer
Free use of post buses and all mountain railways in the whole Saas Valley except Metro Alpin (possible from Felskinn station with surcharge).
Winter
Free use of post buses and ski bus in the whole Saas Valley.
Payment
In advance or at the latest on your departure in cash, Swiss francs or EURO at the daily rate. We also accept Reka cheques, WIR, credit cards and the PostCard.

- Double room for single use CHF 25 per day
- Visitor’s tax summer:
Adults from 16 years CHF 11 per day
Children from 6 years CHF 5.50 per day - Winter visitor’s tax:
Adults aged 16 and over CHF 7 per day
Children from 6 years CHF 3.50 per day - Full board CHF 25 per person per day
