Conditions

All our rates include bedding, towels as well as the fees for heating, electricity, water and a parking place next to the house.

During the winter season
all our guests receive their own citizens passport. With this passport you can use the post busses in the Saas valley for free. Furthermore all non-skiers can buy an attractive hiking pass for a discounted price.

Visitors tax and cleaning costs
are calculated separately:

visitors tax for adults CHF 2.10/day, for children CHF 1.05/day
final cleaning service per flat CHF 100.-, for the studio CHF 50.-
