Winter holidays. The winter snow sport resort in Saas-Almagell, Saas-Fee and Saas-Grund with around 130 km of pistes has something special to offer for everybody:
A big plus for the region Saas-Fee/Saastal is that snow is guaranteed. Because of it’s altitude Saas-Fee can offer skiing all year round (Slopes with guaranteed snow up to 3600 m.a.s.l.)
The ski resort Saas-Almagell is very popular with families. Children can ski on the doorstep. In Furggstalden there is a new children’s park. On the Tube ride you can slide down the slope on a rubber ring.
Parents can enjoy the sun in two restaurants and watch their children ski down the perfect pistes.
With a comfortable chair lift you can reach Heidbodmen at 2400 m. a. s. l. From here there are pistes of all difficulties leading back to Furggstalden and Saas-Almagell.
A 26 km long langlauf track between Saas-Almagell , Eyenalp and back to Saas-Balen will give pleasure to the lovers of the classic skiing form or even skaters.
Every week there is ‘Eisstockschiessen’ with the hotel guests.
